Who handles your data

What we collect and why
We save your email address, signup date, consent version and invitation status. We use them to manage your request, send a beta invitation and contact you about testing Fiklo. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Providing your email is optional, but we need it to send an invitation.
Protecting the form
To limit spam, we process the request IP address and create a hash that changes hourly. The rate-limit table stores that hash and an attempt count. Expired entries are removed on subsequent signups. The basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Hosting and recipients
This website and its signup database run on Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers process data needed to run the website, database and security. Infrastructure may operate outside the EEA. Their transfer and safeguard information is linked below. We do not sell the list or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep your signup while the beta programme is running or until you withdraw consent. We delete it when that purpose ends. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Your choices and rights
You may withdraw consent, request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us below. You can complain to your data protection authority, including Poland’s President of the UODO. We do not make legally significant decisions through automated profiling.

This website’s code adds no advertising or analytics tools. Hosting may use mechanisms needed for website security.
